Holidays in Miri

I was back to Miri for one week holidays together with ABF. We had a nice trip there and it was really enjoyable but for me, besides enjoyable, i was ki siao to take care both monkeys full day. Frankly, i missed my bbsitter very much at the fourth day in Miri, haha.... Feel like no energy to deal with them.... :p

In Miri, we ate all of the food we missed very much when we are in Melaka like laksa, kolok mee, kueh chap, ABC, biling etc... they are really very very tasty! The consequence of eating uncontrollable is francis and I gained weight >.< I don't dare to weight, but I know I gained :p Now back to Melaka, it's time to control my mouth....

Have been one year never go back Miri. The second day morning when i woke up due to the hot shinny sun and I looked at the watch, it was 6.30am! "Hey, what is the time now? the watch must be broken." this is how i said to francis after looking at the watch. francis said it was really 6.30am. wow, if in melaka, 6.30am is still so dark... I really cannot get used to it whenever i looked at the clock, it shown me 9am and the sun is looked like 12pm in melaka.... =.="

It was unintentionally found that Pop pop is sold in Miri. haha, my childhood's fireworks during CNY. It really brought me a lot of memories. Of coz, when i saw it in the shopping mall, without second thought, I bought for Alfred. That nite, Alfred was playing happily and excitedly with it. The next few days Alfred asked me to buy again, but I failed to find it in the town area. The shopping mall where i bought pop pop is far away from my house. He was disappointed and in one morning, he woke up and :
Alfred: I cried.
Me: (shocked) why did you cry?
Alfred: I dream pop pop till cry....
Me: =.=" (speechless and laughed loudly, at the same time felt sorry for him)

So the next day, we went around the shops in town area to find, as francis said it might be his yu2 han4 if he couldn't play once again. After searching few shops, finally I managed to buy one. He was super happy and that nite he was so good boy to eat a lot. :D

How about the difficulty to bring two monkeys on board? Alfred is big boy enough, so as long as bring enough junk foods and toys, he is easy to settle. The little one, I can just give you this face T.T he was energitic on plane, only slept for 15 minutes. The rest of time he was kepo'ing to "flirt" around... I used "flirt" is becoz he will do the "a a e e" sound when see a stranger, then if the stranger teased him back, he will be very happy =.=" Another terrible experience from Bernard is, he berak when the aeroplane is going to land !! I had to clean him in the toilet and the aeroplane is shaking while asking everyone back to the seat with the safety belt... =.=" But I can't go back before i finished cleaning his butt....

Anyhow, it was really a nice experience to have family gathering in Miri. Looking forward but anxious too for the next CNY trip.
